Canada's expansion of immigration sets a model the U.S. should follow

America needs to learn from Canada's example. Despite Canada having a higher percentage of foreign-born residents, their attitudes towards immigration are markedly more optimistic than their across-border counterparts. This is why The Washington Post's Editorial Board argues that if America wants to save its economy, it must open the door to immigration.
